| I have always had an excellent experience with this flowershop. It is family owned and operated. I have used this flowershop on several different occasions (including funerals, and even my wedding) and have never been dissapointed. The flowers are beautiful, the best quality in town. This is also a very service-oriented shop. The customer comes first at Teboe Florist. I would recommend them to anyone. |

| I placed an order through their website, and then tried to call all day the day they were supposed to be delivered to confirm. I got no answer and they had no answering machine. The flowers were not delivered on the day that I selected - a Sunday. It turned out they were not open on Sundays, but their website took the order anyhow. So, I had to order another gift last minute. I emailed them at the end of the day they were supposed to be delivered to let them know about the problem and asked them not to charge my Visa since the flowers were not delivered. Instead, they delivered the next day - a day late - and charged my Visa anyhow. I called them to try to resolve the issue and they said they didn't check their emails until the end of the business day, after they had already delivered the flowers, and that it was my fault that I didn't read the "About Us" section of their website before placing an order to find out their hours of operation - taking no responsibility for the fact that their website offered that delivery date. They ultimately treated me as if I was trying to steal the flowers and refused to credit my Visa back. What's more, the arrangement looked nothing like the one pictured on their website. Very unsatisfactory. |
